Did you know that Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. is the best time to have a meeting?

I read this in an article today. I bought into a mid-week meeting but why 2:30 p.m.?

When I tried to find the “science” referenced— nothing. All of the articles linked to other articles referencing the research I could never find.

Okay, meeting expert. I’m out. You’re slinging advice around without checking your sources.

As a new writer, I read lots of advice. Some of it good, some of it questionable. I trust my gut when something doesn’t sound quite right.

If you write an article, do your homework.

I’m not going to take your advice just because “you said so” and neither should you.

Here’s my simple 15-minute after-work routine that helps me continually improve.
